Hello Friends,

In two days, Lord willing, I will be accompanying a mission team to San Salvador, El Salvador. This team is made up of individuals from A Simple Faith (in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida) and Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church (from Richmond, Virginia). Traveling with me will be many old friends, a few new ones, and my youngest son (Braden is only 10, and so excited about this trip!).

We will be doing light construction on a new home, feeding the homeless, working in the orphanages and continuing our partnership with the people and ministries of this very needful country. We’ll also be catching up with our dear friend “Alex” who is now a student at the San Salvador University, preparing to become an English teacher.

Please pray for the team – for success (in whatever way God determines that to be) and for safety. El Salvador is not the most secure place in the world at times, and while Americans are always welcome, danger can never be eliminated.
