Some not so happy news…

The Rusty Goat was burglarized in recent days, and thieves got away with about $5K worth of tools and supplies. Thankfully, no major damage or vandalism was done, so it could have been much worse; and thankfully the property was not in use at the time (a family had recently checked out). The perpetrators seemed to have known our comings and goings (which is creepy), and schemed accordingly.

This is a long, long shot but should you have any information, you can report it directly to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, Florida at their non-emergency line (850) 892-8111. Keep your eyes peeled out there (especially if you see a glut of power tools showing up somewhere 😭), and stay safe. 🐐
